1. Sr. ASP (not ASP.net) With SQL 2005Programmer

Should be well conversed with classic ASP programming SOAP, XML, Third Party SDK/ API Usage, Web Services, Store procedure and Code Optimizations.
Knowledge of Flow Charts, UML , Use case documentation is Must.
Must have at least 9 months experience Classic ASP with SQL 2005.
Working of Team and SQL 2005 along with SQL stored procedures is must.

2. Sr. Database Programmer / DBA

Must be expert in writing complex Store procedures, triggers using cursors, joins, TSQL etc. .
SQL 2005 Performance optimizations.
SQL Query optimization .
SQL Partitioning .
SQL server 2005 reporting and maintenance .
Expert in Best Practices for database designing .
Cluster and Non Cluster Indexes .
Exposure to SQL 2008 is added advantage.
Must have minimum databases experience of 12 months.

3. Sr. PHP Programmer

Should be well conversed with PHP programming like coding, Sessions, SOAP, XML, Parsing, Web Services, OSCommerce, Joomla, Sockets, CMS, Classes etc. .
Knowledge of Payment gateway is Must.
Must have at least 18 months experience in PHP.
Customization of Joomla, OSCommerce, Postnuke is added advantage.

4 Sr. ASP.net With C# Programmer (business Analyst)

Should be well conversed with ASP.net C# programming SOAP, XML, Third Party SDK/ API Usage, Web Services, classes, Security, Complex Mathematical formals, Store procedure and Code Optimizations.
Knowledge of Flow Charts, UML , Use case documentation is Must.
Must have at least 24 months experience ASP.net with C# (with VB.net please do not apply).
Working of Team and SQL 2005 along with SQL stored procedures is must.
Must be able to handle projects / Analyze/ Coordinate with team and Deliver to Client.

4. Website Tester

Should be well conversed with Website Testing.
Exposure to Complex Web applications, and Exposures to Test Plans, Test Cases and Reportings.
Must have at least 12 months Industry experience in Testing Web Applications (Desktop Applications please avoid) .
Must be a good team player and knows in-and outs of testing.

5. SEO Expert

Must understand Search Engine algorithm and ranking algorithms.
Should be able to handle and plan Internet Marketing of various web sites.
Understanding and exposure to PPC / SEO / Link Building.
Knowledge of Keyword optimization and page ranking.

6. Internet Sales Manager (Offsite location)

Should be able to handle Sales and Marketing of our products.
Good candidate should be able to locate / search buyers over Internet and approach them with product bouncer. .
Calling / Convincing them from remote location about product and achieving the sales.
Good command over English and Internet Sales is must.
Any exposure in this may be in call center etc. is most welcome.

7. SEO Submitter

Must know internet directories and submission techniques to submit data / articles on internet. 

8. For Freshers :  ASP.net /C#/ PHP/ASP
