Inauguration Ceremony of New Office Premises

eConnoisseur was started with a team of handful energetic people . As the time passed on the Organization grew in terms of financial as well as team size. With increase of the team size need of a new premises better infrastructure was generated . So in order to fulfill this need the eConn family shifted to a new premises on 3rd December 2010

pic2The new premises is located in IT park Mohali with more space, meeting rooms and conference hall , better facilities and 24 hour connectivity with the main City beautiful Chandigarh. All the things are here well set and organized. The new premises is more secure and attractive with beautiful locality and lot of IT companies around.

Mr Vinay Johar (CEO - eConnoisseur Infotech ) & Mrs Sneh Johar inaugurated the new premises by the ribbon & cake cutting ceremony



The whole team enjoyed a lot and is much happy in the new place. These were the unforgettable moments for whole of the eConn family members. Office was well decorated with balloons, flowers etc . & also welcomed the employees with greeting cards. We have enjoyed a lot with fun game activities, quiz competition related to our company at last announced the winners & distributed prizes. After that had lunch together as well as the tea with snacks.

We spend together 50 or more hours at work each week. Many of us spend more time with those we work with than we do our families. For us to be content and fulfilled people, that time must be valuable for more than a dollar.

Highlights of Quarterly Summit

Most of the presentations that were given during summit were related to internal products of eConn and were presented by senior members of eConn family. The members of eConn family listened to the speakers with great attention and they also had a lot of fun during other events of Quarterly Summit. The summit kick started after the group photo of members of eConn family and key events during quarterly presentation were as follows:

  • Presentation on eConn B2B: The post breakfast session of presentations started with the dazzling presentation of Mr Atul and the presentation of Mr Atul, the project manager of eConnbB2B was related to basic concept of eConnB2B, the latest software of eConn.
  • Presentation on Parsing Products: The presentation on eConn b2b was followed by the presentation of Mr. Navjot, the Head of parsing division. During his presentation, Mr Navjot gave a detail description of all the parsing products of eConn in an interesting and interactive manner.
  • Presentation on Value Chain System: The presentation on value chain system was given by the Project Manager, Mr Kamaldeep and he discussed about the framework of value chain system that should be followed strictly in an organization to generate value and competitive advantage.
  • Presentation on Marketing: Mr Sameer, the Marketing Manager of eConn family presented his ideas on the subject, ‘Tools, Tactics and Ideas of Marketing in Recession’
  • Presentation on eConn as a Business organization: Mrs. Sneh, the CEO of eConn family, provided factual detail regarding various aspects of eConn as a business organization. During her presentation, Mrs. Sneh talked on the subjects such as Future overview of eConn, Success Points, External and internal departments related to eConn, New Targets, Member strength, Average salary year wise etc. in a remarkable and interactive way.
  • Presentation on 3D: The Presentation on forthcoming products of eConn related to 3D was given by Mr. Pardeep, the Senior Designer of eConn family.
  • Keynote Speech: Mr. Vinay, the founder member of eConn, gave a keynote speech during quarterly summit and told eConn family members about the core values, products, achievements and future goals of eConn. He also extended heartiest thanks to the eConn family members for helping him in bringing eConn up to its present level.
  • Recreational Activities during Quarterly Summit: The controller of Party, had kept provision of some stress buster games such as ‘Guess my Job’, ‘Tambola’ and ‘Musical Chair’ etc. and eConn family members take huge delight during particiipation in the events of games. The recreational activities were part of post lunch events and these activities provided great fun to all the members of eConn family. A quiz competition also took place during summit before lunch time and all the members of eConn participated in the competition. In the evening, the members of eConn family shook their bodies on dance floors for almost half an hour during dance session.
  • Prize Distribution Session: The winners of various events of games and quiz competition were awarded with colorful prizes and some members of eConn family (Mr Ram, Mr. Kaushal, and Miss Gurpreet Pandher) with highest rating points in HR were also given rewards.

Mrs Sneh the CEO of eConn family made an important statement during Quarterly summit and she said, “We have already recognized all our strengths very well and now we need to ascertain that we are concentrating on areas and issues which are most important to utilize our strengths in best possible manner for helping our organization in touching new and greater heights”

A Sober Evening before Holi

eConn family members took huge delight in celebrating holi with blast of colors , music , water and sweets and festival of holi was celebrated with in premises of Connoisseur Infotech Pvt. Ltd. on 9 March,2009 in evening. The members of Gemba team organized the event of Holi celebration and message to all the members of eConn family for joining Holi celebrations was floated through email. All the eConn family members gathered at one point to be part of event of Holi celebration and to share the joy of festival of colors along with other colleagues. The members smeared one another’s face with colors and their joyful faces became unrecognizable under the impression of different colors. The event of Holi celebration continued till late evening and memories of this colorful event can never fade away from minds of eConn family members.

Completion of Five Successful Years of eConn

eConn family celebrated its foundation day on 17February,2009 and this significant event was celebrated within the premises of eConn with great enthusiasm. Ms Sneh, Director, Connoisseur Infotech Pvt Ltd presided over the event and thanked all the members of eConn family for their significant contribution in bringing the organization to its present level. Speaking on the foundation day of eConn, Ms Sneh said, “I attribute the success of eConn to its family members, eConn has laid an important milestone and will scale new heights of success in coming years”. Econn Family Gathered to Realize their Core Values

eConn family gathered under one roof for annual review of their performance and assertion of their core values on Jan 31, 2009, and the theme of this quarterly meeting was ‘The Journey of eConn’. In the beginning of this event, a comic video about making of journey of eConn sent the members of eConn family members into peals of laughter.

The most significant thing about this quarterly meeting was the video on ‘The Journey of eConn” which is a brilliant work of Pardeep, the creative head of eConn family. The testimonials of clients about their experience with eConn were recorded in video and core values of eConn were explained by members of eConn family in the same video. The highlights of achievements of eConn since its inception were also recorded in the video related to ‘journey of eConn’

The leaders of eConn Ankush, Gurpreet, Neha, Anshul, Navjot, Rajwinder, and Vinay used this exclusive opportunity to present their ideas on different innovative subjects such as Competency Matrix, Kaizen identification and execution Method, and updates on preparing for audit of Great Place to Work with (www.greatplacetowork.in), Internal Technology Cluster formations, Core Values of Organization, and Change of process of Internal Audit.

To cultivate values of team spirit and cooperation among team members, the controllers of party Mr Jitender and Miss Reena made provision for several team building games such as dog and bone, tambola, musical chair, pass the parser, tongue twister for whole team. Mr. Kamaldeep, Sr. Project Manager asserted that the annual meeting for review of performance of company provides a platform for realizing our weaknesses and mistakes and for thinking about the ways to amend them.

Mr. Atul, Senior Project Manager of eConn family said that the event of annual meeting is helpful for increasing communication, instituting clear expectations, strengthening good performance, correcting unsatisfactory performance, and promoting a spirit of cooperation and teamwork.”   Mr. Navjot appraised that this gives us time to do major get together and know each other.

Moreover with open and transparent results shown, every one feel connected and work with same target and vision in coming days. More colors were added to the quarterly meet when eConn family members shake their bodies on dance floor and meeting continued till evening.
